At xogvalenxlo, we strive to provide exceptional photography services. This Return Policy outlines our policies regarding session cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for our photography services.

Session Cancellations

We understand that circumstances may change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • 48+ Hours Notice: Full refund of any deposit paid, or free rescheduling to a new date
  • 24-48 Hours Notice: 50% refund of deposit, or rescheduling with a small rescheduling fee
  • Less than 24 Hours Notice: Deposit is non-refundable, but rescheduling may be available with a rescheduling fee

Rescheduling

We are happy to reschedule your session based on availability. Rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible. If you need to reschedule:

  • Contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled session for free rescheduling
  • Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours notice may incur a rescheduling fee
  • We will work with you to find an alternative date that works for both parties

Weather-Related Cancellations

For outdoor sessions, if weather conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for photography, we will reschedule at no additional charge. We will monitor weather forecasts and contact you if rescheduling is recommended.

Service Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with your photography session experience, please contact us within 7 days of your session. We will work with you to address any concerns and find a satisfactory resolution, which may include:

  • Additional editing or retouching of images
  • A complimentary reshoot session (subject to availability)
  • Partial refund based on the specific circumstances

Digital Products

All digital image files are delivered in high-resolution format. Once images are delivered and downloaded, refunds are not available for digital products. However, if you experience technical issues with downloaded files, we will provide replacement files at no charge.

Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used
  • You will receive confirmation via email once the refund has been processed
