Photography Services
When booking a photography session with xogvalenxlo, you agree to:

- Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
- Respect the photographer's creative process and equipment

Payment Terms
Payment terms for photography services will be discussed and agreed upon before the session. A deposit may be required to secure your booking date. Final payment is typically due upon delivery of edited images.
Image Usage Rights
Clients receive usage rights for personal use of delivered images. Commercial use or publication of images may require additional licensing agreements. xogvalenxlo retains the right to use images for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation Policy
Session cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee. Rescheduling is available based on availability.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall xogvalenxlo or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the website, even if xogvalenxlo or an authorized representative has been notified of the possibility of such damage.
Revisions
xogvalenxlo may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
